What to send us
- A wrong spec. Send the product name and a link to the manufacturer's page or datasheet that shows the right figure. We correct the guide and change its Updated date.
- A provider compatibility report. If a modem or router does or doesn't work on your internet provider, send the provider's own device list or support page and the date you checked it.
- A product request. Tell us what you're trying to connect: your internet type and plan, your home's size and wiring, and the devices you use.
- Brands and PR. Spec sheets, datasheets and official images are welcome. We don't sell placements, sponsored posts or rankings.
What we don't do
We don't offer one-to-one tech support, we don't sell internet plans, and we can't help with an order from a retailer: contact the retailer or the manufacturer for that.
